Accessibility

How this website is kept usable for everyone and how to report a barrier.

We want babbelind.online to work for every visitor, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard or a magnifier. This statement explains what Babbel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has done, which gaps remain and how to report a barrier.

Our commitment

Accessibility is treated as part of building and maintaining this website, not as a separate project. Whenever a page is added or the design is changed, we check that the content can still be read with a screen reader, operated with a keyboard and enlarged in the browser. This statement covers the pages published under babbelind.online.

Feedback

Please report any accessibility problem you encounter by email to [email protected] or by telephone on +91 674 255 4182. A short description of the page, of the difficulty and of the device or assistive technology involved allows us to reproduce the fault. We normally answer within five working days and explain what we intend to do about it.

Known limitations

Several illustrations are generic, and their alternative text names the subject without describing it in detail.

Standards

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We describe the site as partially conformant, because some pages or elements still fall short of individual success criteria. Pages are reviewed regularly and problems are corrected as they are found; until then the same information is offered in another form.

Information in another form

This website is not the only way of obtaining information from Babbel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You can telephone us on +91 674 255 4182 during normal business hours, write to [email protected] or send a letter to 27 Saheed Nagar Main Road, Bhubaneswar 751007. Where a page is not accessible to you, we will read the information out by telephone or supply it in plain text form.

The website uses semantic HTML with a clear heading structure, one main heading per page and link texts that make sense on their own. Navigation and main content are marked as separate regions, each page states its language for screen readers, and images that carry information have text alternatives.

Colours are selected so that body text, links and buttons maintain a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 against their background. Font sizes are expressed in relative units, so that text can be enlarged in the browser without content being cut off. Links, menus and form fields can be operated using the keyboard alone.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 26 October 2026 on the basis of our own review. We checked the main page types with a keyboard, with increased zoom and with a screen reader; no external audit was commissioned. The statement is reviewed once a year and after any major change to the website.
